1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ggjl Casino ("ggjl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ggjl Casino website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from ggjl Casino or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) ggjl Casino account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering for a ggjl Casino account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid government-issued identification document. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ggjl Casino login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

ggjl Casino supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your ggjl Casino wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by ggjl Casino within the timeframes specified on the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

ggjl Casino reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or suspension of withdrawal privileges.

All funds deposited into your ggjl Casino wallet are held in segregated accounts, separate from ggjl Casino's operational funds, in accordance with responsible gaming best practices.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ggjl Casino offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to verified ggjl Casino accounts only. Unverified accounts are not eligible to claim or withdraw bonus-derived winnings.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ggjl Casino Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Registering more than one ggjl Casino account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the ggjl Casino Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of ggjl Casino or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ggjl Casino Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ggjl Casino.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game content on the Platform.
• Use any ggjl Casino trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorization.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ggjl Casino, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.

ggjl Casino's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ggjl Casino account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ggjl Casino does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Termination & Account Closure

ggjl Casino reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

You may close your ggjl Casino account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination, including any outstanding wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) provides the regulatory oversight framework within which ggjl Casino operates.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ggjl Casino Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ggjl Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the ggjl Casino Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.
